Working with Quest Group for more than a decade, Vince has developed a reputation for consistently creating original and insightful experiential learning programs for many and varied clients.

His original training in the Outdoor Education Field providing a technical and risk management perspective is unsurpassed in the industry. Vince displays an uncanny ability to create a ‘safe’ environment for participants where they can explore their comfort zone and challenge their perceived limitations. As a facilitator, Vince will often tackle the difficult questions, encouraging the group to push past resistance to uncover untapped potential.

In addition to a Bachelor of Education and Training Degree (adult learning), from Melbourne University, Vincent holds an Associate Diploma in Adventure Leadership, Certificate of Training, Cert IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and an Associate Diploma in Training and Development.

He has undertaken further studies related to facilitation and accelerated learning with Stephanie Burns, Gadria and Project Adventure. He qualified as a Mediator through the International Conflict Resolution Center in 2002 and became an accredited administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in 2003. Vince is also a trained Team Management Systems (TMS) practitioner, accredited in a range of TMS instruments (TMP, STDP, WOWV & OVP).

In 1990, Vincent started his own experiential learning business and over seven years, developed a notable reputation for providing quality programs for a variety of clients. Managing staff, resources and logistics, Vincent developed a first-hand understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities faced by leaders and teams in a rapidly and constantly changing business environment. Having grown the business through maintaining the highest of standards in delivery, the business was sold in July 1997. He is now based in Melbourne.

Over the past twenty years Vincent has worked with a wide variety of groups in a diverse range of programs. His breadth of experience includes working with corporate executives, production teams, defense force personnel, government sector teams, as well as a variety of 'rehabilitation' clients. Vincent demonstrates the rare ability to successfully meet the varying needs of a diverse range of individuals and organisations. He has developed an excellent "big picture" of his profession, having worked across Australia, Asia, the United States and in the United Kingdom.

Vince’s training as a leader and instructor in outdoor activities including skiing, canoeing, climbing, high angle rescue, rafting, ropes courses and caving, has enabled him to draw on his outdoor skills to provide process centered facilitation and the application of 'experiential learning' strategies to achieve targeted learning outcomes.

Vincent prefers to work with groups where learning outcomes focus on personal and team performance. "The satisfaction I receive from assisting people to understand their 'blind-side' and watching them apply their knowledge to gain results which surpass their own expectations, is the most rewarding work of all."

Using a broad range of models, team development tools and strategies, Vincent skillfully develops an awareness of how results and satisfaction can be enhanced by refining the team process. Vincent is an exceptional presenter and has been a highly valued member of the Quest Group team for over ten years.
