Our training and development programs are individually designed, after client group needs have been clearly identified and desired outcomes targeted using our six step Quest Process (Click for more information on our process) . Programs often combine theoretical content with proven experiential learning methods, which incorporate original outdoor and adventure team building activities where appropriate. These engaging and innovative activities are carefully woven into the learning experience to breath life into theory models and allow participants to go beyond understanding and into application of learning. For the client, this results in higher levels of retention and transfer of learning into the workplace, and therefore improved leader, team and business performance.

WildQuest is a separate division of Quest Group Australia. Its two fold purpose is to provide:

  1. infrastructure, logistics and expertise in outdoor and adventure based experiential learning components of Quest Group Australia training & development programs.
     
  2. unique, memorable and fun filled non training experiences for conference groups who want to simply blow the cobwebs away or want to re energise and reward their delegates.
