Depth and breadth of experience:

After spending some 30 years in the field of education and training, Ron is still fascinated by how people learn and apply, and is more interested than ever in this aspect of human growth and development. This has lead Ron to explore the full spectrum of education and training, from the traditional to more progressive approaches, including experiential learning and story telling. The main focus of his work since the late 1980’s has been to leverage his knowledge of individual and group dynamics to develop individuals, teams and particularly their leaders, to their full potential.

Over the years Ron has been engaged on coaching assignments to numerous CEOs, MDs and GMs as well as a number of senior executive Teams. He has also designed and facilitated leadership and team development for a wide range of private and government sector organisations, spanning all fields of industry and across the Asia Pacific Region from India through to New Zealand, and in the USA. These have included BP, IBM, Shell, NAB, AXA, Western Mining, BMW, Crown, ANZ, Cadbury Schweppes, Australia Post, Fosters, and Caterpillar among many.

Ron has successfully designed and delivered the “Leadership and Decision Making” unit of the MBA course at RMIT Graduate School of Management for over 12 years, a program which received excellent reviews from participants and their organisations. Ron is regularly asked to contribute articles on leadership and teams for national and international journals and is a sought after presenter at conferences and functions. In 2016, Team Management Systems presented Ron with a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Learning and Development Industry. 

Personal details:

Ron was born in India, has lived in a variety of countries and cultures, and moved to Australia in 1969. He is married and has three daughters. He is MD, Senior Facilitator and Executive Coach at Quest Group Australia, where he leads a small team of highly talented specialists.
