Mike Boyle has spent over twenty years in industries primarily involved in sales and sales management. The last eighteen years have seen him involved in major sales, both in print, pre-press, consulting and software as well as major hardware sales at Fuji Xerox Australia.It was at Fuji Xerox Australia that he realised his passion for training people. While selling million dollar digital print solutions, he saw that customers needed more than just the BOX; they needed the skills to sell and market the entire solution from application right through to delivery.While setting up the Banjar Group and working in the field with sales teams, he honed his training and facilitation skills. It is these skills which he brings to customers who know they need to change, but may not have the skills to effect that change.Mike has now worked with companies such as AGR Matthey, Heidelberg Australia, Oce, Canon, Draeger Medical, Fysher and Paykel, Pioneer Electronics and many other small to large companies, both with external sales teams and internal selling groups. Today most of his work is with medium sized organisations that strive to change, but find it difficult to work with, or afford, large training organisations. Mike is passionate about helping customers achieve peak performance through superior sales and customer service.Some years ago Mike identified his purpose to be “creating environments of potential”, in both professional and private life. This has guided him in his own development, his role as a husband and father of two, and as an active community member. Mike’s passion and skills in coaching and training have included community sport, coaching the Essendon Water Polo team to a triple crown Victorian state league premiership. This achievement saw him recognised with a club life membership.
